Our Black forest wreath Cake is a wonderful new twist on an old classic. Layers of kirsch-soaked chocolate sponge with plump indulgent morello cherries, vanilla bavaroise mousse and rich chocolate cherry mousse. Encased in our fabulous red velvet chocolate.

Rhubarb & Custard: A blend of English rhubarb mousse, vanilla pastry cream and light vanilla sponge. finished with our stunning pink velvet chocolate
Chocolate Craquant: Crunchy praline craquant base topped with an amazing light chocolate mousse and indulged chocolate topping
Coconut Teardrop: The blend of coconut & chocolate in this dessert will give any bounty a run for its money!
Grand Marnier Macaron: Sassy orange macarons, crisp on the outside with a slightly chewy middle that just melts in your mouth. Simply baked to perfection filled with our boozy chocolate grand Marnier butter cream.
All orders need to be placed by Wednesdays before 10 am to be ready for collection on every Friday from 12 to 5 pm from our Patisserie at Studio E, Churchill Industrial Estate, Churchill Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 7EG tel: 01242 252352
